Insert Rant HERE

Please include details of sickness and snarky comments about reciprocity having died a slow death around here. Add postscript about medical procedure and possible infection and wishing you were somewhere, anywhere else but HERE.

Include picture of Kleenex and sad Flutterby face.

That is all.

Ugh. . . get the rest you need, and get well soon. . .

We've been going through the lotion Kleenex here, too. My two youngest keep passing it back and forth. So far, me and hubby have managed to avoid it.....although I have been coughing a little bit....

FEEL BETTER!

So much for this week bringing it's A-Game.

Still sick and hurtin. And today got to spend 5 hours in the ER, breathing in every known infectious germ to man, so there's that to look forward to. Here's praying my immune system is up to the challenge.

Super happy for good news and a prescription that should keep me from bleeding myself to a bloody death. No infection. YAY!

Nothing like seeing 5 hours of trauma and sickness to make you think of those you love. Five hours was also a long time to be bored and I was grateful for the people who answered my texts and helped me smile on a kinda stressful afternoon.

It made it a bit easier to take the other ones that didn't reply.

Gah. I, Flutterby, hereby resolve to not post until I am healthy and happy again. Feeling way too raw and yucky. Need more HappyHappy and less EmoChick.

New Improved Flutterby will return shortly. :)

You remind me of the time we had 1F (maybe 6-7 at the time) in the ER with a 105F fever. While we were waiting to be seen, the police scanner blared with "30yo white male GSW; estimate arrival 2 minutes". So, you know, we didn't mind giving up that place in line. . .

Thanks be to God for no infection; get well, friend. . .

Sorry to hear you're gettin' whooped. Hope you're back to doing the whooping soon!

'Tis the season, I suppose.

I feel like crap today, too. Finally succumbed (sp?) to what my kids have been passing back and forth.

College Daughter loves life in the ER. She is wack!
